From Ram & Rooster:
Opening in the Summer of 2024, Ram & Rooster is Chef Yan’s first foray into New Jersey’s restaurant scene. Ram & Rooster, whose namesake honors Chef Yan’s parents’ heritage, blends New American cuisine with traditional Chinese ingredients and techniques. Located in Metuchen, Ram & Rooster welcomes guests to join us for a truly unique experience.

They offer an eight-course tasting menu, which is inspired by Chinese flavors. Ram & Rooster highlights New Jersey’s bountiful seasonal ingredients through each course. By utilizing delicate flavors, varied textures, and traditional techniques, the team at Ram & Rooster creates stunning composed dishes which lead the guest from one course to the next.
